The Full Spectrum Saunas use FAR, MID and NEAR Infrared heaters. The Far Infrared heaters are Carbon Nano Ultra-Low EMF Heaters, and the NEAR and MID Infrared are glass heaters with Visible light, so you will see the heaters glowing. These visible light heaters emit a hotter feel than the FAR infrared heaters.
